VISA APPLICATION
All travel, lodging and registration expenses will be the responsibility of the individual participants. Special letters of invitation to be used for visa application will be provided at the request of the participant.
We recommend to start your visa application process in due advance. Those attendees who need an invitation letter for visa are suggested to contact CIMTEC Secretariat, congress@technagroup.it indicating the following information:
date of birth, place of birth, nationality, title (Ms., Mr., Dr., Prof.), affiliation, full postal address, passport number, issue and expiring dates of the passport, the period of your stay at CIMTEC 2026 and any other information useful to obtain visa.
