IMPORTANT NOTICE
We have been informed that unfortunately there are some fake emails going around asking to book a hotel room during CIMTEC 2026 next June in Perugia, Italy.
Please note that it is not a legitimate service. Nobody from any agency will contact you asking to book a room for CIMTEC 2026.
A wide choice of hotels of all categories is available in Perugia. No hotel booking service is offered by CIMTEC organization. Each delegate is responsible for her/his own accommodation.
Anyway we suggest some hotels from which the shuttle service is directly available for delegates to reach the Congress Center in the morning and to return back in the evening. The service will be active from June 16 to 19 for the Ceramics Congress and from June 22 to 24 for the Forum on New Materials. Time schedule will be available at each hotel.
Below you find the names of the suggested hotels and the prices agreed for CIMTEC 2026 delegates. If you book one of these hotels, please inform them that you will attend CIMTEC 2026, so they can apply the agreed price. Deadline to book is April 30.

Cancellation without penalty (except for deposit refund costs): up to 15 days before the start of the event.
Cancellation from the 14th day before the start of the event onwards: the penalty is the deposit for the first night. However delegate substitution is permitted.
